The Seediest Tavern this side of Nowhere, Only Broken Rock's establishments are seedier. Here cheaply made Starchewer Grog and/or stronger Rocket Fuel is made and served almost immediately. Shanties and upbeat music is played constantly and on repeat, Bar Brawls are frequent if not constant and never-ending. The floor, walls, and even ceiling are filthy with mud, blood, bile, and booze. One only goes to the Lament to lose track of a week if not a whole month, and stumble out with missing teeth, new scars, a new tattoo, Or to hold less than lawful meetings...Provided one pays the Dread Captain the service fee. When Kroarch and his crew have free time, the Atmosphere of the Lament somehow intensifies and might become the source of many noise complaints, hospital visits, and thefts. There is a large sign above the door that reads: Enter If Ye Dare: Do No Harm, Keep To The Code. Violators will Be Shot FUCKING DISAPPEAR!

The Besmara Totem: Made from salvaged scrap and put together in a purposely crude and chaotic manner, The top has the universal symbol of Piracy, The Jolly Roger. At it's base, there is a small plaque which lists off Besmara's Code. Offerings to the pirate queen may be offered by welding the offerings to the totem itself.
Besmara's Code:
1. Ye don’t sail or ride for Free.
2. Blood and sweat has a price.
3. Fortune favors the courageous action but martyrs and fools don’t live to spend the reward.
4. One fool can sink a whole crew.
5. Keep ye blades sharp and boots ready.
6. There is no rule 6.
7. Neither soft-hearts or tyrants can keep a ship or crew long.
8. Ye sign ye name to the ship’s charter, ye die before ye break it.
9. Keep the peace of the ship.
10. The code is more a guideline than actual rules.
